Welcome to Camp!
Drive past the Horse barn to the Dining Hall/Sports Complex area. Camp staff will welcome you. As you make your way through the check-in process, we invite you to meet our staff that will be here this summer while you peruse your Welcome Packet materials.
Health Check
Your campers Health check will be performed by one of our Camp nurses who checks for lice, confirm campers arrive healthy and note changes since their last physical.
Camper Transition for Junior, Middler and Leadership Division Families
After the Health Check you receive your cabin assignment and head to their division(s). Drop off campers and their belongings outside their camp cabin. You will meet the counselors and see the cabin, but parents please do not enter the cabins. Our Camp Counselors will assist your camper with unpacking, making their bed and settling in.
Camper Transition and Luggage drop off for Senior Division Families
Camper family cars are not allowed in the Senior Division. Huckins staff will not be delivering luggage. You will be directed to the parking lot where you will load belongings onto provided carts. Pull the carts to the Senior Division to meet your camper’s counselor. Please reach out to camp staff if you have any physical limitations that would hinder your ability to move your camper’s belongings and we will do our best to make accommodation.
VISIT THE WATERFRONT AND LODGE
After dropping off your camper you will move your car to the main parking lot. From there you will have the option to take our walking trail to see some of the spaces your child will be enjoying during their stay. Please stay on the marked trail.
Leaving Camp
As you are leaving camp there will be a designated spot to drop off food donations, Huckins Clothing donations and to drop off that first letter (no postage needed). There will be paper and pens so you can jot a note if you don’t have one.
