Volunteer Opportunities

I am aware that, if I am offered a volunteer position, my name will be searched by CCYMCA Camp Huckins on the National Sex Offender Public Website. I also understand that depending on my level of access to children and campers in my volunteer position that I may be asked complete a voluntary disclosure form and a Criminal Background check may be conducted.

I attest that I have not been convicted of any violent crimes or crimes against children and I understand that CCYMCA Camp Huckins has a zero-tolerance policy for child abuse.

I intend to conduct myself as a role model for CCYMCA Camp Huckins campers, both while at camp and away from camp. I will strive to live by the YMCA building blocks of Caring, Honest, Respect and Responsibility. I will support my fellow volunteers and staff members, follow the camp philosophy, and try to always be fair and truthful in my interactions with participants and peers.
